Something like partial resist on spells.-These caps and % work for ALL melee classes, in case you ever make an alt or play something other than a DK (same goes for Expertise).- 56 expertise Caps PARRY ( This is for tanks only on few bosses in WotLK).( 173 exp rating from gear + 5 expertise from Rage of Rivendare talent)( 148 exp rating from gear + 5 expertise from Rage of Rivendare talent + 3 expertise from Human Racial)( 132 exp rating from gear + 5 expertise from Rage of Rivendare talent + 5 expertise from Orc Racial)-Capping this stat is easy and will provide u with a Healthy Rotation. If u don't care about that, u can always skip it and hope not a single Dodge will occur.-Crit chance is calculated based on all of the amount of hits that happen, so if a dodge happens, that extra crit you would otherwise get from a different neck will be useless.-The reason some players say you shouldn't cap expertise is duo to the fact that if you don't get dodged with 17 Expertise, you will in fact do more DPS since you were lucky.
